Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at jalen@elegantsrrad.shop before sending your item back.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.

Damaged or Defective Items
